Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Hydrominder mobile app ("Hydrominder", "the app"), published by Hangar Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Hydrominder you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Hydrominder helps you track how much water you drink, set a daily goal and schedule reminders. The app is free to use with ads. An optional subscription removes the ads.

2. Not medical advice

Hydrominder is a general wellness tool. Daily goals, suggestions and statistics in the app are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor. How much water you need depends on your body, activity, climate and health. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney, heart or liver condition, or have been told to limit fluids, ask a healthcare professional before changing how much you drink.

Please do not rely on reminders for anything where a late or missed alert could cause harm. Notifications depend on your device: Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, silent mode, Low Power Mode or battery optimization may delay or silence them.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hydrominder on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded Hydrominder from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.

4. Ad-free subscription

  • Hydrominder offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes all ads, available monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial. The exact price, billing period and any trial are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • If you cancel, ads stay off until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • You can restore an active subscription on another device signed in to the same store account with Settings → Restore Purchases.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
  • If we change the price, the store will notify you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Ads

The free version of Hydrominder shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and products they link to.

6. Your data

Your water log, reminders and settings stay on your device and remain yours. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore them if you delete the app, clear your data or lose your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, graphics, animations, text and code, belongs to Hangar Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Hydrominder" and its logo are our trademarks. Apple, App Store, Google Play and other third-party names belong to their owners.

8. Disclaimer

Hydrominder is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Hangar Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed or delayed reminders, lost records or health decisions. Our total liability for any claim related to Hydrominder is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using Hydrominder at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously breach these Terms. We may also change, stop updating or stop offering the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using Hydrominder after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Hangar Apps ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Hydrominder mobil uygulamasının ("Hydrominder", "uygulama") kullanımı için geçerlidir. Hydrominder'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Uygulama

Hydrominder ne kadar su içtiğinizi takip etmenize, günlük hedef belirlemenize ve hatırlatıcı kurmanıza yardımcı olur. Uygulama reklamlı olarak ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı bir abonelik reklamları kaldırır.

2. Tıbbi tavsiye değildir

Hydrominder genel bir sağlıklı yaşam aracıdır. Uygulamadaki günlük hedefler, öneriler ve istatistikler tıbbi tavsiye değildir ve doktorun yerini tutmaz. İhtiyacınız olan su miktarı vücudunuza, hareketliliğinize, iklime ve sağlık durumunuza bağlıdır. Hamileyseniz veya emziriyorsanız, böbrek, kalp veya karaciğer rahatsızlığınız varsa ya da size sıvı kısıtlaması önerildiyse, ne kadar su içtiğinizi değiştirmeden önce bir sağlık uzmanına danışın.

Geciken veya kaçırılan bir uyarının zarara yol açabileceği işlerde hatırlatıcılara güvenmeyin. Bildirimler cihazınıza bağlıdır: Rahatsız Etmeyin, Odak modları, sessiz mod, Düşük Güç Modu veya pil optimizasyonu bunları geciktirebilir ya da susturabilir.

3. Lisans

Size, Hydrominder'ı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda Apple App Store ya da Google Play kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı veya içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

Hydrominder'ı Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu Koşullarla çelişmesi halinde iOS kullanıcıları için Apple EULA esas alınır.

4. Reklamsız abonelik

  • Hydrominder, tüm reklamları kaldıran, aylık veya yıllık olarak alınabilen isteğe bağlı bir otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunar. Yıllık plan ücretsiz deneme süresi içerebilir. Kesin fiyat, faturalandırma dönemi ve varsa deneme süresi satın almadan önce satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
  • Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda veya ücretsiz deneme sona erdiğinde Apple Kimliğinizden ya da Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (iPhone'da Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler) veya Google Play'den (Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler) yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • İptal ederseniz, ödemesini yaptığınız dönemin sonuna kadar reklamlar kapalı kalır. Ücretsiz deneme süresi içinde iptal ederseniz ücret alınmaz. Abonelik satın aldığınızda ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı sona erer.
  • Aktif bir aboneliği, aynı mağaza hesabıyla oturum açılmış başka bir cihazda Ayarlar → Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
  • İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre işlenir. reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden veya Google Play sipariş geçmişinizden talepte bulunabilirsiniz. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
  • Fiyatı değiştirirsek mağaza, kuralları gereği sizi önceden bilgilendirir; yeni fiyat uygulanmadan önce iptal edebilirsiniz.

5. Reklamlar

Hydrominder'ın ücretsiz sürümü Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan reklamlar gösterir. Üçüncü taraf reklamların içeriğinden veya yönlendirdikleri web sitelerinden ve ürünlerden sorumlu değiliz.

6. Verileriniz

Su kayıtlarınız, hatırlatıcılarınız ve ayarlarınız cihazınızda kalır ve size aittir. Bizde bir kopyası bulunmadığından uygulamayı silmeniz, verilerinizi temizlemeniz veya cihazınızı kaybetmeniz halinde bunları geri getiremeyiz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Tasarım, grafikler, animasyonlar, metinler ve kod dahil olmak üzere uygulama Hangar Apps'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. "Hydrominder" adı ve logosu bizim markamızdır. Apple, App Store, Google Play ve diğer üçüncü taraf adları kendi sahiplerine aittir.

8. Sorumluluk reddi

Hydrominder "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, doğru veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı dahil olmak üzere açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti vermeyiz.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde Hangar Apps; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da kaçırılan veya geciken hatırlatıcılar, kaybolan kayıtlar veya sağlıkla ilgili kararlar dahil uygulamanın kullanımından doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değildir. Hydrominder ile ilgili herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkelerde bu sınırlamalara izin verilmez; bu durumda sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.

10. Sona erme

Hydrominder'ı silerek ve varsa aboneliğinizi iptal ederek kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz. Uygulamayı değiştirme, güncellemeyi bırakma veya yayından kaldırma hakkımız da saklıdır.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklikten sonra Hydrominder'ı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Yaşadığınız ülkenin daha fazla koruma sağlayan zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.
