These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Kairo mobile app ("Kairo", "the app"), published by Hangar Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Kairo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Kairo is a focus and productivity app with a Pomodoro timer, a single focus timer, ambient background sounds, daily goals and statistics. Kairo is free to use. It has no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

2. Not for time-critical or safety-critical use

Kairo is designed to help you focus. Please do not rely on it for anything where a late or missed alert could cause harm, such as medication, cooking, driving, medical care or work safety. Notifications and background sound depend on your device: settings like Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, silent mode, Low Power Mode, battery optimization or closing the app may delay or silence them.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kairo on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, including its sounds and images, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded Kairo from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.

4. Your data

Your settings, sessions and statistics stay on your device and remain yours. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore them if you delete the app, clear your statistics or lose your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Health and wellbeing

Focus timers, breaks and goals in Kairo are general productivity tools, not medical or psychological advice. Take breaks when you need them, and adjust durations to what feels right for you.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, graphics, background images, sounds, text and code, belongs to Hangar Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some sounds and images are used under license from third parties. "Kairo" and its logo are our trademarks. Apple, App Store, Google Play and other third-party names belong to their owners.

7. Disclaimer

Kairo is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate in its timing or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Hangar Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the app, including missed or delayed alerts or lost statistics. Because Kairo is free, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kairo at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously breach these Terms. We may also change, stop updating or stop offering the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using Kairo after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Hangar Apps ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Kairo mobil uygulamasının ("Kairo", "uygulama") kullanımı için geçerlidir. Kairo'yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Uygulama

Kairo; Pomodoro zamanlayıcısı, tekli odak zamanlayıcısı, ortam sesleri, günlük hedefler ve istatistikler sunan bir odak ve verimlilik uygulamasıdır. Kairo ücretsizdir. Reklam, abonelik veya uygulama içi satın alma içermez.

2. Zamanı veya güvenliği kritik işler için değildir

Kairo odaklanmanıza yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmıştır. İlaç, yemek pişirme, araç kullanma, tıbbi bakım veya iş güvenliği gibi geciken ya da kaçırılan bir uyarının zarara yol açabileceği işlerde Kairo'ya güvenmeyin. Bildirimler ve arka plan sesi cihazınıza bağlıdır: Rahatsız Etmeyin, Odak modları, sessiz mod, Düşük Güç Modu, pil optimizasyonu veya uygulamanın kapatılması gibi durumlar bunları geciktirebilir ya da susturabilir.

3. Lisans

Size, Kairo'yu sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda Apple App Store ya da Google Play kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı veya seslerle görseller dahil içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

Kairo'yu Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu Koşullarla çelişmesi halinde iOS kullanıcıları için Apple EULA esas alınır.

4. Verileriniz

Ayarlarınız, seanslarınız ve istatistikleriniz cihazınızda kalır ve size aittir. Bizde bir kopyası bulunmadığından uygulamayı silmeniz, istatistiklerinizi temizlemeniz veya cihazınızı kaybetmeniz halinde bunları geri getiremeyiz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.

5. Sağlık ve iyi oluş

Kairo'daki odak süreleri, molalar ve hedefler genel verimlilik araçlarıdır; tıbbi veya psikolojik tavsiye değildir. İhtiyaç duyduğunuzda mola verin ve süreleri size uygun gelecek şekilde ayarlayın.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Tasarım, grafikler, arka plan görselleri, sesler, metinler ve kod dahil olmak üzere uygulama Hangar Apps'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Bazı ses ve görseller üçüncü taraflardan lisansla kullanılmaktadır. "Kairo" adı ve logosu bizim markamızdır. Apple, App Store, Google Play ve diğer üçüncü taraf adları kendi sahiplerine aittir.

7. Sorumluluk reddi

Kairo "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, zamanlama açısından kusursuz veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı dahil olmak üzere açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti vermeyiz.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde Hangar Apps; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da kaçırılan veya geciken uyarılar ve kaybolan istatistikler dahil uygulamanın kullanımından doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değildir. Kairo ücretsiz olduğundan, onunla ilgili herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde varsa bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkelerde bu sınırlamalara izin verilmez; bu durumda sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.

9. Sona erme

Kairo'yu silerek kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz. Uygulamayı değiştirme, güncellemeyi bırakma veya yayından kaldırma hakkımız da saklıdır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklikten sonra Kairo'yu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Yaşadığınız ülkenin daha fazla koruma sağlayan zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.
